Cancellation & Refund Policy

✅ Eligibility for Cancellations

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

✅ Eligibility for Replacement

  • Replacements are accepted only in case of wrong or damaged products delivered.

  • In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 2 Days of receipt of the products. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 2 Days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

  • If the product that is under consideration, is out of stock, we will refund. In any other case there will only be replacements, no returns and refunds
  •  In case of any Refunds approved by the CHANDRA KALI JAIN, it’ll take 9-15 Days   for the refund to be processed to the end customer.

  • Customers must share an unboxing/opening video on 9875763979 ,clearly showing the package being opened and the incorrect product received.

  • This video is mandatory for processing the return request.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are required to ship the product back to us at their own cost.

  • Please ensure the product is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

🔄 Replacement Process

  • Once we receive and verify the returned product, we will promptly dispatch the correct product to you.

  • No refunds will be issued; only replacements are provided under this policy.
